As the lead strategist for this award-recognized campaign, we worked collaboratively with the MLB to create a unique experience to bring fans and their Tweets closer to the game -- to be the Roar of the Stadium from afar and continue a critical component to all baseball games for fans - have the chance to "catch" or "receive" a ball from the field.

Leading the strategy behind this never-been-done before work, our research showed that while fan conversation on Twitter was flat year-over-year, the global reach was growing steadily: baseball tweets in different languages were increasing and MLB’s international presence was soaring.

In a first-ever, @MLB tweeted in different languages to their fans to drive inclusivity and engagement on the platform.

The results? Fans from 54 countries tweeted in their excitement for the game, yielding 333M impressions (that’s a 195% increase YoY!) and 2,000 hashtag mentions - driving record-high engagement for the World Series.

As the Director of Strategy at Codeword, I helped lead the insights-driven strategy and approach to Grow with Google’s AI-driven courses.

Through in-depth audience analysis, landscape and competitor audits, and research-backed learning, we created a robust learning strategy to teach professionals how to effectively use prompt-engineering to gain effectiveness and results.

The outcome was more than 21,000 enrolled learners, 98% positive feedback and a 4.8 star rating on Coursera

In partnership with Sports Illustrated, I led the strategy, partnership development, creative identity, and paid media for a campaign that seamlessly connected Texaco’s fuel technology with the cutting-edge sports technology elite athletes rely on to perform at their peak.

Featuring NFL stars like Derrick Henry, Jarvis Landry, and DeAndre Hopkins, we took fans behind the scenes to showcase the advanced training and innovations that keep these athletes at the top of their game—just as Texaco’s fuel technology helps vehicles perform at their best.
